Overall Position Description（職位描述）：
Provide pre-sale & after-sale technical support for the Sales team in (Northern China/ Eastern China/ Southern China)

Key Responsibilities and Duties（工作范疇及責(zé)任）：
• Assist Sales Engineers to select or replace product types, and support product testing in sales.
• Provide replies to technical inquiries from customers(help desk).
• Provide on-site technical service to customers, including pre-sale products demos, training and after-sale services ( installation, commissioning, troubleshooting , certificate check and etc);
• Responsible for inspection of products quality and analyze defects.
• Responsible to design and make products demos and inspection facilities, Assist in the exhibition demos
• Provide internal/external technical trainings.
• Responsible for translation of products specifications and other technical information; issue of the technical-related documents
• Co-work with other colleagues to achieve the team's goals whenever needed.
• Develop a deep understanding of the application.
• Issue the application & service report, quality report, failure report.
• Assistant for sales activities, such as technical proposal, model selection, field service, etc.

Specific Job Skills（工作要求）：
• Ability to work in a national team
• Team spirit autonomous and Customer oriented.
• Skillfully IT software knowledge ,such as Microsoft-Office ，AUTOCAD etc
• Good communication skill, especially Fluent Chinese and English language abilities will be preferred.
• Good command in Excel, Word , Windows operation and Power Point;
• Technical know-how, customer/result -oriented, self-motivated, with strong communication skill and problem-solving skill.
• Conscientious, responsible, self-motivated, adaptability, Integrity.

Education and Experience（學(xué)歷及經(jīng)驗要求）：
• Bachelor degree or above with related science (automation, engineering, electronics).
• Minimum 3 years correlative working experiences in industry automation.
• At least 2 years technical support experience in the relevant industry; Knowledge and experience of automation industry would be a great advantage.
