電涌保護(hù)器 (SPD) surge protective device
用于限制瞬時(shí)過(guò)電壓和泄放電涌電流的電器,它至少包含一個(gè)非線性的元件。

電壓開(kāi)關(guān)型SPD voltage switching type SPD
沒(méi)有電涌時(shí)具有高阻抗,有浪涌電壓時(shí)能立即轉(zhuǎn)變成低阻抗的SPD。電壓開(kāi)關(guān)型SPD常用的元件有放電間隙、氣體放電管、閘流管(硅可控整流器)和三端雙向可控硅開(kāi)關(guān)元件。這類(lèi)SPD有時(shí)也稱(chēng)作“短路型SPD”。

It indicates the performance of SPD limiting the voltage between terminals being connected. The value can be selected from the sheet of prior values. This value shall be larger than highest limited voltage.
