Aimed at the existent control problem of agility being poor and so on in tiny-pullinganneal device control system, it is discussed to be reconstructed for tiny-pullinganneal device control system by applying industrial control products of DELTA ompany. The system running result shows that it is successful in system design. Key words: Tiny –pulling machine Anneal control Drawbench [中圖分類(lèi)號(hào)] TP273 [文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼] B 文章編號(hào) 1 引言 微絲在紡織行業(yè)中有廣泛的應(yīng)用,微拉屬于拉絲機(jī)行業(yè),它是新興的未來(lái)發(fā)展?jié)撛诳臻g極大的行業(yè)。近年來(lái)隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高,對(duì)于穿衣的要求也逐漸趨于理性。在高檔體恤、襯衣、毛衣、手套、襪子等衣物中都會(huì)用到微絲,以減少電磁輻射和防止靜電對(duì)人體的影響。該行業(yè)在國(guó)外已經(jīng)趨于成熟,但在國(guó)內(nèi)該行業(yè)還處于起步階段,中國(guó)是紡織大國(guó),可以預(yù)期在不遠(yuǎn)的將來(lái)隨著生產(chǎn)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的解決,該產(chǎn)業(yè)將會(huì)迅速發(fā)展。微拉拉出的微絲要能成為成品絲,必須經(jīng)過(guò)退火這一道關(guān)鍵的工序,以去除不銹鋼絲的張力。在為客戶成功地開(kāi)發(fā)出了微拉機(jī)后,緊接著又為客戶成功地開(kāi)發(fā)出了退火裝置,生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐表明,開(kāi)發(fā)出的系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠。以下對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)中的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題作粗略討論。 2 微拉機(jī)控制相關(guān)技術(shù) 現(xiàn)在以設(shè)備的左右兩邊各20頭的退火一邊為例(另一邊相同),系統(tǒng)框圖如圖1所示。系統(tǒng)中的硬件設(shè)備選型,如可編程控制器,步進(jìn)電機(jī)、接近開(kāi)關(guān)和開(kāi)關(guān)電源等如表1 所示。
